About WhatsApp

I use WhatsApp for quick questions and I answer there. I never send bank details or payment instructions by WhatsApp. Those come only by email, from contact@maxmedsystems.eu, and always on a proforma invoice. If you ever receive payment details from me by any other channel, or naming an account holder other than THEDERMALFILLER S.R.L., stop and telephone me before you transfer anything.

Who you are writing to

MaxMed Systems is the trading name of THEDERMALFILLER S.R.L., Timisoara, Romania. I am Catalin Calinoiu, a medical graduate of the Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timisoara. Your message is read by me. There is no shared mailbox and no sales team. Every enquiry is looked at individually before I prepare a quotation.

What happens next

From your message to the proforma invoice

• I reply within one working day, usually the same day. If I am going to be unavailable for longer than that, I tell you in advance.
• I confirm your professional status. A copy of your practice authorisation is required once, before a first delivery. A photograph of the document is enough.
• I check current availability with my supply partner and send you a quotation, followed by a proforma invoice showing the exact total, including shipping.
• The first three orders are paid in full in advance, against the proforma invoice. From the fourth order onwards you pay within fourteen days of the invoice date.
• I tell you the delivery time for your specific order before you pay, not after. For most products it is up to fourteen days; for some it is up to three weeks.
• Nothing is committed until you have it in writing. Whatever is discussed by telephone or by WhatsApp, only the written confirmation and the proforma invoice have contractual value.
